Based on a decade of facilitation, coaching, writing and research, the EQ-i 2.0® Workbook has been tested with all audiences and applications. The workbook has been built out of live workshops and tested and refined until it is the results-driven activity book you see today. The workbook is offered both in a traditional hard-copy format and a fully interactive digital format.
