Image Insights is a collection of 300 pictures laminated on cards, which can be ordered in two sizes. The process of using the Image Insights facilitation photo card deck involves having participants think about insight-building questions. Using questions as a basis, each participant selects an image from a set of photographs that helps them verbalize their thoughts. Using group process facilitation and dialogue techniques, participants explore the topic in a deep way that can facilitate focused action.
Allowing each participant to share his or her point of view allows everybody to express what is most important to them. Using images to aid expression will often bring out more insight and thinking and will provide a more democratic and collaborative process for hearing all the voices in the room.
